Wipfli appoints Scott Bjornstad as head of sales

Wipfli is excited to announce the appointment of Scott Bjornstad as head of sales. A seasoned sales executive with over 15 years of experience, Bjornstad brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams and executing go-to-market strategies across the professional services sector.
Bjornstad joins Wipfli following a distinguished tenure at RSM US LLP, where he most recently served as national sales enablement leader. There, he led enterprise growth initiatives for the attest and tax lines of business, launched the firm’s first sales enablement program and introduced a digital dossier platform that cut meeting prep time in half. His leadership helped RSM’s tax practice outpace national peers for three consecutive years.
“Scott comes to Wipfli with deep experience not only in our industry but specifically in leading sales organizations with substantial growth objectives,” said Rebekah Gardner, chief growth officer, Wipfli. “I am confident he is the right person to help us achieve the goals we have in front of us as an organization. As head of sales, Bjornstad’s mission is to unify and elevate Wipfli’s sales management strategy to improve win rates and drive marketplace success. He is implementing a new structure that centralizes all business developers, both associates and partners, under his leadership to foster consistency and cohesion. This will bring together cross-functional roles within each industry to promote shared learning, agile execution and disciplined growth.
Bjornstad holds a bachelor of science in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has earned numerous accolades, including the RSM CMO Award and Stanford Graduate Fellowship.
