Gar Gautam is a manager within Wipfli’s federally qualified health center (FQHC) strategy division. With over 10 years of experience, he recognizes the importance and impact that health centers have on their communities. To support their missions, he has leveraged his experience in change management, data analytics and project management to maximize their financial growth, health outcomes and operational efficiencies. He has demonstrated success in using data-driven approaches to support individual health centers, as well as state-wide initiatives, through collaboration with primary care associations. With a passion for improving access to care, he has implemented programs to support special populations, improved provider productivity to create more opportunities for patients, provided coaching and guidance to executive teams and assisted on their strategic planning initiatives.
