The results

Wipfli helped transform Kiowa Casino’s financial operations in four key areas: unified financial systems, streamlined chart of accounts, modernized reporting and process automation. Beyond streamlining the chart of accounts, Sage Intacct drastically reduced the number of accounts, which simplified financial analysis. Automated dashboards also replaced manual reports, which now provide real-time data insights and accurate reporting. In addition, Wipfli’s tailored solution introduced electronic purchase orders and digital check-signing. This approach automated thousands of monthly transactions and helped further improve efficiency for all users, from department managers to check approvers.
