The Solution
Wipfli’s implemented the firm’s tailored “golden image” instance, a customizable Sage Intacct environment created just for tribal gaming enterprises. This repeatable, cost-effective framework accelerated the project timeline for the implementation of Sage Intacct. Key features included industry-specific templates, streamlined implementation, and best practices based on Wipfli’s extensive experience within tribal gaming.

The results
Wipfli helped transform Kiowa Casino’s financial operations in four key areas: unified financial systems, streamlined chart of accounts, modernized reporting and process automation. Beyond streamlining the chart of accounts, Sage Intacct drastically reduced the number of accounts, which simplified financial analysis. Automated dashboards also replaced manual reports, which now provide real-time data insights and accurate reporting. In addition, Wipfli’s tailored solution introduced electronic purchase orders and digital check-signing. This approach automated thousands of monthly transactions and helped further improve efficiency for all users, from department managers to check approvers.
